Ready-to-use onboarding experience for nami devices and systems

nami gives you the choice to use our SDK or the nami Setup App to install and configure its solutions.
The nami Setup App — which integrates the nami SDK with a ready-to-use UI — simplifies the onboarding and configuration of nami devices and complete systems. It enables partners to quickly activate devices for data collection and IoT device management, without having to build or maintain their own setup and provisioning flows.
By choosing the Setup App, partners can stay focused on their own applications and dashboards — operating, monitoring, and delivering value—while nami handles device onboarding, configuration, and best-practice guidance.
The Setup App is available in 9 languages (with more to come) for both full kit onboarding and incremental device installation. It shares the same refined user experience as the nami SDK UI, including step-by-step guidance, do & don’t recommendations, and tutorials for optimal device placement.
During or after onboarding, the Setup App can also be used to configure devices directly, with options such as sensitivity settings.
The nami Setup App is designed to provision devices connected to the nami API and integrated with Property Awareness apps, Enterprise dashboards, Care apps, or TeleCare platforms.
The nami Setup App is not brandable. For partners seeking a fully branded, end-to-end software experience with complete UI control, we recommend using the nami SDK, which includes optional comprehensive UI flows.
Today, the nami Setup App can be directly experienced for testing with the nami Dashboard for Wellness & Personal Awareness. For testing Property Awareness topologies and use cases, we recommend using Lookout24, nami’s integrated testing application, which incorporates onboarding flows similar to the nami Setup App.
